This gathering is for the caretakers, the nurtures, and the space holders to be cared for, nurtured and held as we enter one of the more difficult seasons in Sweden in the midst of the darkest days of the year.
It’s a gathering for the parents, the siblings, the healers, the partners, the teachers, the listeners. The ones who find themselves parenting their parents. The ones who hold space for others to process, feel and heal. The ones who give their time quite possibly more than take it.
We dedicate this practice to caring for and answering the needs of the self before going the great lengths often taken to support, nurture and care for another.

This is an active breathwork technique where you will be breathing in and out of your mouth for 30-40 minutes.
Please refrain from any mind-altering substances within at least 24-hours of the workshop. Clients will be turned away from a workshop if under the influence of a substance, and no refund will be given.
